Time is a strange thing. When you're waiting for something good to happen, it can feel like time is dragging on. But when you want it to slow down, it goes by in the blink of an eye. The odd part is time isn't real. It's a concept imagined by scientists based on the imperfect movement of the earth around the sun. So why do we put so much importance on something that's just a theory? Because it's all we have.
There's never enough time. Work, kids, life, death. Something always cuts our time short. So our best bet is to make the most of the time we have. Or make up for lost time. But sometimes, if we're really lucky time stands still.
Il tempo è una cosa strana. Quando aspetti che accada qualcosa di bello può sembrare che il tempo sia rarefatto. Ma quando vuoi che rallenti, scorre in un battito di ciglia. La cosa singolare è che il tempo non esiste. E' un concetto immaginato dagli scienziati sulla base del movimento imperfetto della Terra attorno al Sole. Allora perchè diamo tanta importanza a qualcosa che è solo una teoria? Perchè è tutto quello che abbiamo.
Non c'è mai abbastanza tempo. Il lavoro, i figli, la vita, la morte. C'è sempre qualcosa che ci toglie tempo. Perciò la cosa migliore da fare è goderci al massimo il tempo che abbiamo. O recuperare il tempo perduto. Ma a volte, se siamo davvero fortunati, il tempo si ferma.
