I medici si trovano ad un gala per raccolta fondi che diventerà piuttosto competitivo dopo che Jackson farà una promess azzardata. La pazienza di Bailey verrà messa a dura prova quando dovrà affrontare diversi pazienti ostili. Back at the hospital, Bailey’s patience is tested when she has to deal with several extremely difficult patients.
